One last class in our old pad! Let’s give it a proper sendoff with shimmering wings, lazy lily pads, and lots of happy poking.
What’s more iconic on a hot summer day than dragonflies zipping around a shady pond? In this felty farewell to our old space, we’ll be creating a peaceful little pond scene: a dragonfly hovering above a water lily and pad.
You can choose to make the full piece or just the dragonfly (great as a hanging ornament!) or just the lily and pad. Customize it your way!
This project isn’t hard—it just takes a lot of poking. That’s why we’ve set aside 5 hours… but depending on how fast you poke, you might finish early.
We’ll be using a new product to smooth the dragonfly’s body and give it clear acetate wings for that perfect shimmer.
